There has been a long debate on whether or not my family is part spanish or not. Where can I go to find a DNA test to find out for sure.

My husband and his brother shared a girlfriend 18 years ago and the mother said it was the brothers (just now) the brother took a dna test and it turned out he was 70% not related to the girl.

For example,If I were to take a DNA test to find out where my ancestors are from, how much would that cost?

I was wanting to know how much a DNA Paternity test costs. Me and my boyfriend got in an argument and told him that the baby wasnt his just because i was really mad at him. The baby IS his, but he doesnt believe it is, which is my fault. I wanted to get a DNA test done just to ease my boyfriends mind. How much does a DNA test cost? Will medicaid cover the test?

Since I was a chlid my grandmother on my moms side said that we have crow indian and blackfoot indian heritage. I have found nothing to support her claims. How and where could i take a dna test to find proof of or disprove this family claim?

I'm looking to repatriate an artifact (through the Native American Repatriation Act) claimed to have belonged to an ancestor but don't know where to begin.

Do I take a DNA test? If so, what type? Do I then contact the Dept of the Interior?

Anyone know anything about DNA tests and matches or how to go about doing this?
Thanks in advance.
I'm asking this for a friend. He is not an enrolled member, although his father was.

I have some friends who were adopted from Colombia into the United States with families here. Now most of them are grown and are adults and have children of their own. There is only one thing missing in their lives and that is: They are questioning their ancestry and want to find their natural parents in Colombia.
I know it would be a massive undertaking but anything is possible in this world. I have always believed that. Could we get everyone together and have DNA taken on them and put the findings into a database and then do the same for the families who lost their loved ones, gave the kids up or were kidnapped and sold to orphanages in Colombia, have the DNA taken in Colombia of the families and then reunite them. I know it all sounds farfetched but it can happen. How much would it cost for one person to have a DNA test? That is my main question. Thanks for your help and understanding. These people want to know their roots in Colombia and know their natural parents.
