Can a homosexual get out of paying child support since a paternity test is not required?
if a paternity test is not needed when the 2 parties are homosexual in a child support case, why should it be required if the 2 parties are heterosexual?
But why should paternity matter if the person is recognized as the father. Can't the same rules apply to heterosexuals as they do for homosexuals?
Can a heterosexual man refuse a paternity test on the grounds of discrimination?
Nope I used the same name, now get some glasses.
I am questioning why is a parternity test necessary today when it comes to child suppport.
I thought I phrase it differently.
Who cares about blood relations now days. Unless it is for medical reasons, what the who about blood relations.

Remind me to explain to you about the birds and the bees. Checking to see if the second homosexual partner is biologically related to the child would be a little futile.
I don’t think it should matter if your gay or not.
because it is an ACTUAL PHYSICAL POSSIBILITY that the other party could be the blood parent……….
because if the relationship had been rocky for a while the male partner could have been cheated into caring for another mans child. In a same sex relationship they both started parenting with the same beliefs of raising that child for ever with no deceit or question regarding parentage
Um… you asked this like 5 minutes ago.
Anyway, use common sense. If two homosexuals had a child, obviously it was either adopted or created via in vitro fertilization. Like a poster above said, a paternity test determines blood relation. It’s pretty obvious that a person could not claim that they conceived a child with their homosexual partner.
EDIT: I’m not convinced you know why paternity tests are required. If someone says that a man who is supposedly homosexual is the father of their child, a paternity test could be ordered by the court. Sexual orientation has nothing to do with it.
I feel like you think you found some big loophole in the system, but in reality there was never one to begin with.
Paternity testing is required only if the Court determines that such a test is necessary to prove that the parties are the biological parents of the subject child.
A woman may be impregnated by a man who identifies himself as gay. Human sexuality is complex. Sometimes a man or woman may act in ways that are contrary to his or her orientation.
If a woman with a child seeks support from a man who denies being the father of her child, the Court may have the results of a paternity test admitted into evidence to help make a determination so that child support may be ordered.
If a child is adopted, no paternity test should be necessary in most circumstances.
It doesn’t matter if your gay or not.
You stray.
You pay.
And that’s the way it should be.
God Bless the Children.
