No.

You could whack him over the head and steal a blood sample, but that would be illegal.

When you were a minor, your mom could (maybe) have sued him for child support and forced a DNA test. It is too late now.

If the man you called dad was admirable, keep calling him dad. The 30 seconds it takes for a sperm to swim up that creek pales in comparison with the 18 - 20 years it takes to be an example to a child. If he was a good one, he's your dad, even if you don't look alike.

Alonzo Q. Scumbucket in Florida does not sound like a real dad to me; nor much of a man. Real men do not run away from unpleasant truths. They don't run away from pleasant ones, either. If you get a multi-million dollar contract in major league sports, I'd bet he'd be willing to take that test. If that happens, you can turn your back on him and say "I have a dad, thanks." Shaquile O'Neal did that, as I recall.

Unfortunately, there is no legal way to force him to take the test. You might be able to acquire something like a hairbrush containing his DNA, but again it is illegal. However it might satisfy you. I do wonder why it is so important since he wants nothing to do with you. Those who love you and want to be a part of your life should have the passion you seem to feel for the "facts" of your birth.

There is no legal obligation right now that forces your Potential father to take a DNA test. You could try getting a court order but it will be a waste of money and time since there is no way you will convince the judge that a DNA test is really neccessary. You could try to sue for overdue Alemony money and hope that in order to deny these charges the father will take a DNA test.
Contact a lawyer and see what can be done.
p.s. contact the person (father) first and try to settle without a lawsuit first.

Since you are a female, the only DNA you share with your father is Autosomal. I don't think there is any way you can make him take a DNA tests. If you were still a minor your mother might have been able to do so in order to get child support.

Alright, there is no legal way to force him to do it, but you can ask him to and he can decide.Yeah and you can take the DNA test.
