You could try getting a court order but it will be a waste of money and time since there is no way you will convince the judge that a DNA test is really neccessary. You could try to sue for overdue Alemony money and hope that in order to deny these charges the father will take a DNA test. I don't think there is any way you can make him take a DNA tests. If you were still a minor your mother might have been able to do so in order to get child support.
