Can I move out of state with my infant son, if the father has not determined paternity?
I am a single mother living in Chicago, and the father of my child did not want to sign the birth certificate and he has not established paternity. I told him I am moving to Atlanta a week ago, and I want to know if he can somehow stop me from moving. I plan on moving about two weeks after I told him.

You can move as long as you do NOT have a parenting plan that states otherwise.
