My daughter's father and I have a court date coming up in another week to have a DNA test. The sheriff is supposed to serve him the papers, I already paid the sheriff back in April to do it. So how long before the court date does the sheriff have to serve him the papers? Its a week before the court date now. I thought the papers had to be served 2 weeks before the court date, but I'm not sure. Can anyone help me out?
