Dna test…?
I am 22, and I have no idea who my dad is. Honestly, I really don't care anymore. I'm an adult, I went this long not knowing him, and I highly doubt I would even get along with him, given the men my mom has told me could be.
My problem is that my mom keeps calling me up, out of the blue, and telling me that she knows now. That I look just like this guy, or my eyes look like whoever. It changes almost monthly.
When I get my tax returns this year, I plan to end it once and for all, and get them all tested (5 people!)
Now, would it be morally wrong for me to also request a test on a man that died recently. His DNA has been saved, because they are still investigating his death. He is the one I most suspect to be my father.
The main reason I want to test all of them is just to make my mom stop all of this. If the dead guy is not my dad though, I'm afraid that it will make his family very angry that I am doing this... How should I go about it?

If you are able, can you just test the ones that are alive first…and if none of those are the father then test the one that is deceased…or do they all have to be done at the same time?
I would talk to the family and plead your case. Tell them that you just want to know, that you really don’t want to hurt anyone. Tell them that you just want to know about your father and where he came from…you may be doing it to appease your mother now, but telling the family that won’t help your case at all.
Say things like…I hate that this has happened this way. I hate that I grew up without a father because of things my mother did 22 years ago. Tell them that you are looking for closure on the situation and you feel the only way you can do that is to test the men that your mother believes could be your father.
