General question about the fathers right to a paternity test.?
Ok so here's the Q: Lets say you are a women whom is pregnant and not sure who the father is, BUT you really don't care whom the father is. However the possible father cares whom the father is and wants a paternity test done. IF she does not file for child support and he has no legal obligations to pay for the child does he have a LEGAL right to obtain a paternity test in the state of California?

yes he has every right to a test and dont be selfish if there is a chance its his child he has a right to be part of that child’s life
All he has to do is grab a lawyer and file a paternity suit against you.
He can file it as "custody" hearing, or and parental rights hearing.
The court will then force you to submit the child to the test before the case can proceed.

WHY DO YOU HAVE THE RITE TO STEAL HIS SEED AND RUN AWAY WITH IT???

OR…Why did you not tell the Gentleman when you made love with him that you had an alterior reason for his affections in the bedroom department or can you only see how it would kill you if someone stole your child away and said you have no rite to ever see your own blood and it was a mistake?…Why do you get to keep the mistake all to your delf-self and you do not share the fantastic mistake that was made between two human beings.
The Gentleman in question is doing the same thing that you would do if you were the human half of the equation that the child in question did not pass through in body form, if you know what i mean.
If you do not let the child see nor know of the blood that made it whole you will be giving that human being a yolk.
That child will live with your spite and your fight and your hate and your argument and the lovely things that you as a mother could witness with your very eyes will be stolen from you by your very own greed and ignorance.
do you have any idea how priceless the looks on the faces of your child and that child’s father, when they look at each other and then they turn and look at you?
NO! You do not know but by the grace of Angels and the child speaking to you now through any voice it can find…you will see.
You are now the one who carries a huge burden and love is what will lighten that load and now you stop that nasty steak and you put on your nicest smile because you are gunna make dreams come true and that is what angels do.
…Okay…
