You also do not have to have the father available for testing to find out if you share the same DNA with this other woman.  It just is not necessary.  If you are concerned about the reputation of the company then I would suggest checking with the Better Business Bureau (if in the USA), or a local hospital would be able to give you information on how to find the reputability of a particular company.</description>
