Go to your family court and file for child support. They will order him to have a paternity test if he contests that the child is his.
i would go to children and families where you live and they will make him take one in the jail …and there help you get child support and everything …i promise they will help they are helping me
It depends on the state you live in. If you have the money find a family attorney to assist. In the state of CA you have to file with the District Attorney. You also may have to pay for the test yourself. If it is confirmed that he is the father remember that he will have right to the child once he gets out of jail. Do you want that? You better think about what you are going to put your child through. If he is in jail you won’t be getting any support from him since he is not working and once he gets out if he does not work then no support either.
