If you have his email or regular address, you can send him a serious email explaining your situation and why you want him to take it. Understand that he might not be your father, and this asking a pretty big thing of him at this point. It means that he might have to start paying child support, and possibly meet you and have a relationship. If he doesn't respond, you can have the court order him to take it. You'd probably want to have your mother support you and prove that they had a relationship around the time of your conception. You’d probably be better off having your mother ask first, if possible.
