You might want to re-word your question…doesn’t quite make sense.
If you know the child is yours and you want to be there for it then you need to grow up and be a man. Get a real job and pay support for your child. Think about what the mother is going through, trying to work and raise your child by herself. You would actually do much better for both of you if you settled outside of court and agreed to pay her a certain decent amount and get visitation with the child.
If you want nothing to do with this child, and have never wanted this child try signing over your rights. It would be better for her later if she really doesn’t want to deal with you.
