How to get a dna test if the kids are in a different state?
my best friend needs to get a DNA test done on his 2 kids. His ex wife is taking child support from him and she cheated numerous times on him while they were together. She lives in Philadelphia and he lives in California. How can he get a dna test done? He doesnt have the money to hire a lawyer.

This pisses me off about that B****. I really don’t know but try to make phone calls and go on different websites until you find your answer. Tell him to never give up. But he still might be stuck paying child support no matter what if he signed the birth certificates.
