You’ll have to go to court over this if she refuses to do a paternity test.
Run away as fast as you can, and overturn garbage cans behind you so as to slow down pursuers.
See a lawyer. The consultation should be free (you can find one in the Yellow Book). He can petition the Court to issue a court order for a paternity test. You will have to pay a fee to the lawyer, and pay for the paternity test though.
Tell her that if she expects you to give her any kind of money then you need a paternity test. Otherwise DO NOT give her anything! If you join the military and she has no proof than nothing can be done, but if you do join it shouldn’t affect you if it is your child because it was prior service
You can order an at home paternity test kit. they mail you swabs which you swipe your mouth and the kid’s with, then you mail it back. It’s about 100 bucks and the envelope is confidential as well. They can send or e-mail you the results. And you don’t need permission from the baby’s mom. She doesn’t even have to know. You can google it.
