If you know the child's first and last name I would call the foster care facility that you heard she was in. If that doesn't get you anywhere, call the foster care facilities in Georgia and N. Carolina in the cities you think she might be in. You could also try calling CPS in those states to see if they have any information they can give you. You could try getting in contact with the ex's family perhaps? Good luck, I hope you find her!

Sad! I am sorry but you would think with a government so willing to have laws for "Deadbeat dads" that when you have one so willing to try to prove paternity they would be more helpful! What about the dead beat mom's??

Do you know the Child's Name, I would Hire a PI, I doubt your going to get much help anywhere else. You should call social services and tell them, they might have a better Idea, lord knows they have to find fathers to get paternity tests, why couldn't they help you find a child?

HAVE YOU CHECKED ANY TELEVISION PROGRAM CAN HELP YOU WITH THIS?

A lot of them like publicity, you can work for them when they can help you with your needs, a lot of agencies are scared of bad publicity. I know this sounds selfish, and kind of drastic, but do you think is worth it?

Fathers don't get very far when seeking their rights. Fathers who may not be the fathers are even worse off.
I would hire an attorney to advise me on this. Perhaps there is one that your local fathers rights group could refer you to.
My brother struggled with the system that had documentation that he was the father. Only when he died and the system had to deal with the children's incompetent mother without the luxury of blaming their father did the mother get held to any standard. She always seemed to have a lawyer hired at public expense. It made a difference.
I'd suggest retaining an attorney to help you sort through your rights and the maze of unhelpful agencies.
