And if so...can he also be ordered to take a paternity test? I know that there wont be any child support enforcement until they establish paternity...but I turn 18 before he does. Can I still get child support?

Age has nothing to do with being a father. If he fathered your child, then by all means, he should be paying child support
Is he out of school? Employed? I know if you play you have to pay. Things a judge to consider. Worse case scenario, will be you start collecting when he gets out of school and finds employment.
If DNA testing proves he’s the father…and I’m assuming he’s old enough to get a job…yeah…he can be ordered to pay child support if he’s the biological father!

I love this, it takes two, 2, people to make a child, or make the decision to have sex, yet with women, the first thing they spew out is child support, money, how much can I get and when.
