Third - Consider a lawyer if you can afford one because the laws can get complex. Also, consider an investigator. I had an investigator that only cost $300. Keep track of all that you spend on this. In some states you can sue for the costs. If you cannot hire a lawyer; contact the clerk of court and ask about legal aid and if they have forms that you can fill out and file.
