I need to have a paternity test done. I live in NY. Alot of the websites I tried to order from said it was prohibited by the NY State Department of Health to provide in home testing. I did find other sites that do mail to NY so I dont know what is legal. What should I do?

well i cant say anything about the legality in NY (i assume if companies wont ship there it is illegal) but regardless a home paternity test would never be official, like say if you took the findings to court… they would still order an official test done… if you want to know just for your sake and they wont ship in NY do you have a friend/relative in another state you could have them mail it to
