take him to court.
a judge can make him take one, if the results show that the child is his, he then has to pay child suport, he can’t be made to see the child however.
good luck
Pray and ask God to make sure he does. The Lord will help you.
Go to the courts with it, a judge has the power to order a DNA test.
Get a court order for a DNA test, then he can’t refuse or he’ll end up in jail for contempt. You can add a child support suit to that so that this part is settled as well.
Take him to court. If he’s saying the child isn’t his, a judge will order that he proves it.
You can take him to court, they will make him take a DNA test or simply make him pay child support. As well, you can’t do anything if he doesn’t want to be around your child. Sorry.
With his kind of attitude, do you really want him in your child’s life? You may get child support, but is it worth it to have to deal with this ‘man’ for the next 18 years? Wouldn’t it be wise to cut your losses? On the other hand, I do see how you would want him to be responsible for the child he brought into the world.
It’s a tough choice you have to make.
You go to court and get a court-ordered test.
You’re sure he’s the daddy, I trust?
Best of luck to you. Sorry you hooked up with a deadbeat bum.
You have to get a court order. He cannot refuse that.
