I don't think a man should be able to dictate how the baby should be carried or aborted. But some women will in fact carry the baby to term just to be financially attached to the man. So I believe the best way to do this is to give the man rights to the baby during the pregnancy as if the baby were already born or have him be able to absolve himself of the rights and responsibility because the woman still has the choice of abortion. So she can choose, but now has to do so facing the fact that the man can choose to absolve himself of financial responsibility when abortion is an option. It is unfair to think that a woman can abort due to financials but a man cannot. So there has to be a middle gorund. This is a sticky question but there should be some legal right. An abortion is a pretty standard procedure these days, but there are still complications that can arise from having one done and the woman is obviously the only one whose actual physical health can suffer from one. But I try to look at it from the point of view like...if they could do all that...then it could also have the opposite affect where the father could say he wanted the woman to have an abortion. MAKE me keep the baby in my stomach and grow it there for him. I decided to keep my baby and the father wanted the abortion. Now that we aren't together hes all for having the baby.
