i heard that some guys who are in the military and are court ordered to take a paternity test, and the court sends the test kit to the guy's commanding officer, have someone else take the test for them to avoid getting discharged because the girl was a minor. so i was wondering if anyone out there has done this or knows someone who has. as they say, curiosity kills the cat lol.
i'm not picking on soldiers, i have total respect and support for our soldiers, i am just asking a harmless question, and this is something that was said to happen to someone 7 years ago, and i was just wondering if it ever happens to see if there could be truth to the story, but hey thanks for judging me!
ok, the courts did address the soldier directly, he was served court papers and everything, then the court decided to send a test kit out to where he was stationed, and thats where the test was taken.
