Does anyone understand these results???

The Combined Parentage Index is 197,007 (corresponding to a Probability of Paternity of 99.99%, assuming prior probability = 0.5) and
indicates that these genetic data are 197,007 times more likely if Joe is the biological father of Anna than if an
untested, unrelated Caucasian man is the biological father. This genetic analysis excludes at least 99.98% of Caucasian men from
paternity. These results do not supersede any genetic testing directly involving the biological mother of Anna. An extended
analysis was performed in this case and results in a Combined Avuncular Index of 2,248 indicating that the genetic data are 87.64
times more likely if Joe is the biological father of Anna than if he is her uncle.
Conclusion:

Joe is not excluded as the biological father of Anna.

im in minnesota im a possible father and the ex is not cooperating at all and refuses to submit to genetic testing or dna test to prove paternity, im fairly confident i am the father and need help in best way to get a court ordered paternity test. she has since moved out of state, anyone have any suggestions on best route i should take. or fathers rights groups that may have specific information. thank you very much to all those who have any suggestions.

what does it mean if someone signed acknowledgement of paternity and it says they waive rights to genetic testing?

Originally I served a court order to appear for a hearing to the mother of my son. I was told it was OK to serve her brother she had lived with. Well I served her brother, the court date came, and she did not show up. The Judge said I had to serve her the court papers directly. I served her with court papers and an order for her to not leave the state, that the county I reside in has jurisdiction over custody, and to cooperate with genetic testing. A couple days later she left the state. If I ask for a warrant here in Arizona, and she lives in Georgia, it will not do any good since it will only be a civil arrest warrant. They only extradite on criminal arrest warrants. What am I to do? Am I going to have to file for paternity in the state she lives in now? Are they going to ask me to fly to Georgia for the hearing?

what does that mean that the person waives rights to genetic testing ? this was printed on a acknowledgement of paternity. Its past the 60 days to revoke it

and does this mean no matter what the man is responsible for the child...blood or not
