What can I do to open a paternity case before birth?
I am currently expecting and the father to be has decided he does not want to be apart of is and is denying that it is his and saying that he is not going to take a paternity test. Can I do anything before the baby is born so that way he will have to do the paternity test when it is born?

Put his name on the birth certificate when the baby his born. He will not be a good father, but he must pay till the kid reaches the age of 18.
Hey you women wanted CHOICE, well you made the wrong one having thislosers kid, deal with it. I hope he runs far away. Get a abortion already, stop trying to steal his money.
File a claim with the courts, in that way he will be liable for any expenses regarding the test when it comes positive. Now check with your doc because tests also can be done while the embryo is still developing. Also if you want further help check this web site http://paternityzone.com/ they will have better answer for you. Good luck!!
This is called Prenatal DNA / Paternity Testing. If you are pregnant, you may collect a sample in two ways (which does not affect the accuracy of the test).
AMNIOCENTESIS: the doctor collects a sample of the prenatal fluid.
CHRONIC VILLUS SAMPLE: the doctor obtains a small piece of the placenta.
No, sorry.
No paternity action can be begun until the child is born.

You cannot take out a paternity test BEFORE the baby is born, but after the baby is born you can.
After your little one is born, you can file for paternity tests and he will recieve a court order that he must obey to go get tested to make sure he is or is not the father of the baby.
You cannot just put someone’s name down as the father, he either has to sign the papers saying it is his, willingly OR the courts have to get a paternity test.
Research an amnio and a CVS because they both have their risks. I said no to an amnio because the risk of miscarriage is too great – in my opinion.
I don’t think there is anything you can do before the babe is born.
